Only the brave
foundation
OTB Foundation was created in 2006 as the
not-for-profit organization of the fashion group OTB. The Foundation's mission
is to act promptly and concretely where emergencies arise and to sustainably
improve people’s lives by guaranteeing equal opportunities.
OTB Foundation can boast management and administration costs close to zero, thanks to a very lean structure that, when necessary, capitalizes on the internal resources of its parent company. Since it was established, OTB Foundation has invested in more than 350 social development projects worldwide, directly benefitting the lives of about 350,000 people.

Rialto bridge
restoration
In 2012, OTB pledged to donate 5 million euros for the restoration of Venice’s iconic Rialto Bridge, which was built in 1590. The project was completed on time according to the original schedule and with minimal impact on the city’s daily life. In 2017, OTB made another investment to restore the flooring of the covered walkways around the prestigious bridge.

Project
C.A.S.H
C.A.S.H. is a program, developed in collaboration with BNP Paribas, guaranteeing OTB’s suppliers easier and speedier access to credit. First introduced in 2013 for the Staff International’s suppliers, C.A.S.H. was extended to the whole OTB supply chain in 2020. The credit is handed out based on an OTB evaluation system taking in consideration three parameters updated twice a year, including performance and quality; reliability of papers and information provided, as well as compliance and sustainability. C.A.S.H. offers concrete support to the growth of the Made in Italy system.
