Our Sustainability Vision & Strategy

Sustainability is key to our business strategy. We integrate sustainable practices into our corporate strategy, demonstrating a commitment to ESG issues relevant to our business.

Our responsible commitment to the Environmental, Social, and Governance issues

Sustainability is a cornerstone of all of our business activities, underpinning our growth strategy. We have integrated sustainability into our corporate strategy and processes to maintain a responsible commitment to the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues relevant to our business. Our Be Responsible. Be Brave. Sustainability Strategy, reflects our long-standing commitment to our employees, community, and stakeholders.

It focuses on three objectives: safeguarding the planet, creating a fashion system based on durability, traceability and circularity, and promoting inclusion and equality.

Our Strategy

Protecting Our Planet

At OTB Group we are committed to protecting the planet by preserving biodiversity, reducing plastic waste in oceans, managing water more sustainably, and using chemicals more responsibly. The company has set a Net Zero target for its internal operations by 2030 to fight climate change. All the OTB Corporate and Production Hubs Departments together with the brands ones are working together to develop a Group decarbonisation strategy.

The New Fashion System

The New Fashion System is a testament to our Group’s dedication to creating sustainable fashion that reduces environmental impact throughout the entire product life cycle. In addition to innovative design, we are actively working to transform our production cycle into a circular fashion system, which focuses on researching cutting-edge materials and incorporating a higher proportion of recycled and recyclable textiles. Moreover, the aim is to improve traceability within the supply chain by gathering and managing data on raw materials, products and suppliers simultaneously.

Brave Together

Brave Together represents our commitment to building trust-based relationships, prioritizing employee and supplier well-being, and promoting the social good. This is achieved through diverse projects and partnerships that aim to uphold human rights, monitor safety and working conditions and foster diversity and gender equality. The OTB Foundation supports local and international communities to create long-term social impact.
