Starting yesterday and throughout the entire month of April, in fact, 10% of online sales of its brands @diesel @maisonmargiela and @marni will be donated to OTB Foundation, for the procurement and distribution of protection kits for medical and paramedical staff at the forefront of the fight against the virus, and of tools to support COVID-19 patients in smaller and lesser known, but no less needy, centers and hospitals. #otb #onlythebrave #otbfoundation #braveactionsforabetterworld

    OTB ESTABLISHES “BRAVE OTB” SOLIDARITY FUND: in the context of the current health and socio-economic crisis, OTB is implementing a series of actions to support its employees most affected by the emergency. Among the most significant initiatives is the creation of the " BRAVE OTB - Solidarity Fund", in agreement with Confindustria Moda and Federmanager. According to this agreement, all Italian OTB executives will donate, voluntarily and gratuitously, a minimum of 5 of their contractual paid leave days. The economic value of the days donated will be distributed among lower income employees of the group inactive and in need because of COVID-19.     OTB 2019 financial results, published today, confirm good momentum for the group and its brands. The consolidated turnover exceeded 1.5 billion euro, coming in at 1,530 million, up 6,4% compared to 2018, and growing in all businesses, channels and regions. Consolidated EBITDA landed at 190 million euro, while EBIT was positive at 18 million, with a significant change in trend compared to the previous year. The group’s net financial position improved further reaching 124 million euro, confirming the strong capitalization of the group, and its ability to support future growth. #otb #OnlyTheBrave
