• The OTB Group grants its employees paid leave hours to engage in volunteer activities at nonprofit organizations supported by OTB Foundation, the Group's non-profit organization. • The first edition of Brave to Care saw broad participation, involving employees from the Group's Italian offices, with over 700 hours of volunteer work donated, and a second edition already confirmed. • OTB Foundation will support other companies in launching volunteer programs.
The first round of applications is open until May 14. For the first time, participation is open also to nonprofit organizations based in the US and UK
