OTB presents its 2025 Sustainability Report
The Group continues to implement its sustainability strategy with determination, recording significant progress on environment, materials and social impact
We value our relationships with educational institutes and support initiatives that foster creativity among designers and talent worldwide
We propose programs to train and develop talents such as OTB IT Academy for IT product specialists, and “Scuola dei Mestieri” that aims at training the future talents of the Made in Italy’s luxury.
Our initiatives support and foster creativity among future generations of designers and talent worldwide. For example, we sponsor the ANDAM Award, an international competition that provides funding and mentorship for young designers, emerging brands and start-ups. Additionally, we support the Yu Prize, the fashion award established by Wendy Yu in 2020 in partnership with Shanghai Fashion Week and the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), to discover promising and pioneering Chinese fashion talent.
