• The OTB Group grants its employees paid leave hours to engage in volunteer activities at nonprofit organizations supported by OTB Foundation, the Group's non-profit organization. • The first edition of Brave to Care saw broad participation, involving employees from the Group's Italian offices, with over 700 hours of volunteer work donated, and a second edition already confirmed. • OTB Foundation will support other companies in launching volunteer programs.
OTB is renewing its sponsorship of ITS Contest 2025, an initiative launched in 2002, which over the years has discovered many of the most talented designers in the international fashion industry
