• The OTB Group grants its employees paid leave hours to engage in volunteer activities at nonprofit organizations supported by OTB Foundation, the Group's non-profit organization. • The first edition of Brave to Care saw broad participation, involving employees from the Group's Italian offices, with over 700 hours of volunteer work donated, and a second edition already confirmed. • OTB Foundation will support other companies in launching volunteer programs.
