OTB Group embraces a corporate governance model in compliance with international regulations

Renzo Rosso is the Founder and Chairman of OTB, the international fashion group that owns the iconic brands Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor&Rolf, and the companies Staff International and Brave Kid. The Group also holds a stake in the American brand Amiri.

In 1978, he founded the Diesel brand, leading it to worldwide success and turning it into the global icon it is today.

In 2002, Renzo Rosso’s pioneering vision and entrepreneurial spirit led him to create OTB (“Only The Brave”), the first Italian group to bring together brands with an international reach and positioning under one umbrella. The Group is guided by a strong focus on creativity, innovation, sustainability and social responsibility – values inspired by those of its founder.

In line with his circular business philosophy and commitment to the local community, in 2006 Rosso established the OTB Foundation, the OTB Group’s non-profit organization.  Since its inception, the OTB Foundation has invested in more than 380 social development projects worldwide, with a particular focus on women, children, integration and global emergencies, and has had a direct impact on the lives of over 380,000 people.

Renzo Rosso has also set up Red Circle Investments, his private investment company, whose portfolio of holdings spans various sectors united by a strong focus on innovation, quality and sustainability, ranging from food and tech-food to technological innovation, from the environment and health to prestigious international funds. Through the property company Red Circle, a hospitality hub is being established with properties in the United States, the United Kingdom and Italy. Renzo Rosso recently launched Brave Wine, a dedicated wine holding company and the vehicle through which he invests in outstanding wineries in the finest terroirs in Italy and abroad.

Renzo Rosso is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Chamber for Italian Fashion, in 2011 he was appointed Cavaliere del Lavoro by the Italian Republic, and in 2026 he was awarded the Légion d’Honneur by the French government.
