行为标准
行为标准表明员工必须遵守的具体行为规则，以遵守集团的价值观和原则，践行道德行为。
规则
行为准则的实施和监控规则描述了保证合规性及持续改进的控制体系。行为准则发给所有新员工，并与供应商共享。
供应商行为准则
我们致力于改善我们的社会和环境绩效，确保尊重人权、维护工作场所的安全条件、保护环境和动物福利。为确保这一点，所有供应商和分包商都必须遵守我们的行为准则。

2025年3月31日Brave To Care: the first corporate volunteering program by OTB in collaboration with OTB Foundation
• The OTB Group grants its employees paid leave hours to engage in volunteer activities at nonprofit organizations supported by OTB Foundation, the Group's non-profit organization. • The first edition of Brave to Care saw broad participation, involving employees from the Group's Italian offices, with over 700 hours of volunteer work donated, and a second edition already confirmed. • OTB Foundation will support other companies in launching volunteer programs.
