Fostering Creativity



Discovering, supporting, and fostering creativity is at the core of OTB. Our group believes in international young designers and contributes to financing several initiatives that research and discover new creative talents, such as ITS, the international platform conceived in 2002 to launch and support young creative minds from all over the world www.itsweb.org 




OTB supports France’s ANDAM (National Association for the Development of the Fashion Arts) Award, created in 1989 to recognize and assist young designers on the international fashion scene, coordinating institutional and private players of the fashion industry to develop strategic transversal actions in their favor www.andam.fr

The OTB headquarters are not just offices but a stimulating working environment of 64,000 sqm built on some principles of eco-compatibility and alternative sources of energy supply, such as solar energy and high efficiency plants. The building hosts several services for the employees and their families: a kindergarten, a multifunctional auditorium that can host up to 650 people, a restaurant and a bar, two outdoor soccer & tennis fields, an indoor field, a fully equipped gym, and a beauty center
