OTB conducts analyses aimed at identifying the main biodiversity-related risks and impacts associated with its operations and value chain.

In 2024, Diesel completed an environmental risk analysis across its supply chain, focusing on three areas: climate, biodiversity, and water resources. The project was carried out in two phases: an initial identification of hotspots along the supply chain, followed by an assessment of the environmental risks associated with these areas. The analysis enabled the identification of the key sourcing areas most exposed to these risks and provided valuable insights to support sourcing planning processes.

In 2025, OTB extended the analysis at Group level, launching a project to assess environmental risks and impacts across the value chain, with a particular focus on climate, biodiversity, and water resources. The results of the analysis will help identify key areas of attention and support the definition of the Group’s subsequent actions.
