Supply Chain Collaboration and Management
Collaborating with our partners along the supply chain
OTB recognizes the importance of collaboration with its suppliers in managing the value chain and has established specific social principles and requirements through its Supplier Code of Conduct. Collaboration with the supply chain is also a key factor in ensuring the highest product quality.
The Supply Chain
More than 1,300 suppliers in 31 countries
OTB cooperates with more than 1,300 first-tier suppliers* located in 31 countries, 75% of whom are based in Italy.
The Group sourcing policy aims to minimise dependence on a limited number of suppliers, thereby effectively managing the risks associated with supply chain interruptions.
In 2025, 56% of purchase orders made by Group companies were placed in Italy and 23.6% in EMEA countries (excluding Italy). Most of our suppliers of raw materials are located close to our production hubs:

* Tier 1 suppliers are suppliers with direct collaboration ties with the production hubs.
They are directly responsible for the supply of materials, finished products and components (whether industrialised or commercialised).
OUR PROJECTS
The Docuseries M.A.D.E.
M.A.D.E. Made in Italy, Made Perfectly is the OTB Group docuseries that presents the fascinating stories of some of the most important partners of the OTB Group. The aim is to give a voice and visibility to those people whose talent and craftsmanship have helped build Italy’s reputation in the fashion industry, making it home of the highest expression of quality and expertise.
The 13 episodes of the docuseries showed real Italian craftsmanship masters, which are key roles of micro, small and medium enterprises, presenting both the founders and the artisans, who give life to a unique supply chain thanks to their unparalleled skills.
In the final episode, a short video entitled “M.A.D.E. - Made in Italy, Made with Bravery. Featuring Renzo Rosso”, Renzo Rosso talks about his story and the importance given to the supply chain. The video has been broadcast on Monday 15 April, on the occasion of the first National Made in Italy Day.
SUPPORT TO THE SUPPLY CHAIN
C.A.S.H. Project
At OTB, we believe that fashion relies on its synergies with the supply chain, and Italy represents an excellent example of success. For this reason, in 2013 we launched the C.A.S.H. project (Credito Agevolato – Suppliers’ Help). Our programme allows suppliers to collect their receivables from OTB in advance through a bank and offers them the opportunity to benefit from extremely favourable economic conditions, thanks to the high creditworthiness of the Group that acts as guarantor. C.A.S.H. now involves 54 active suppliers who have sold 95% of their receivables. Since its inception, the total volume of funding has grown to €700 million.
OUR VALUES
The OTB Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct
The Code of Ethics defines the values, principles, and rules of conduct that guide the Group’s activities and the management of its relationships with its stakeholders. The Code guides the conduct of employees and those who work for the Group within the scope of their respective roles and responsibilities.
The Supplier Code of Conduct, on the other hand, defines the principles and standards of conduct that suppliers are required to adhere to in their dealings with OTB, with particular reference to working conditions and safety, human and labor rights, environmental protection and animal welfare, and compliance with applicable regulations. Suppliers are required to be familiar with and comply with the requirements set forth in the Code within the scope of their activities.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Our supply chain management
The OTB Group has implemented due diligence processes aimed at identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to workers’ rights, occupational health and safety, and compliance with the social and environmental standards defined by the Group.
For the Italian supply chain, in 2025 OTB introduced a Group Procedure for Supply Chain Management, applicable to the management of suppliers based in Italy. The Procedure governs the selection and management of suppliers of typical goods and services, as well as audit and monitoring activities within the supply chain.
For the international supply chain, preliminary assessments and periodic monitoring activities are conducted, including through audits performed by third-party firms based on international social and environmental standards.
In the event of non-compliance, specific follow-up actions are defined based on their severity. For the most significant non-compliances, suppliers are required to prepare and implement corrective action plans within defined timeframes. In the event of critical non-compliances or those not resolved within the agreed-upon timeframes, the Group may take the measures provided for in the contract, including termination of the business relationship.
